Since you are starting from SB Pro PE 2.4, the 'old upgrade' option is required which will essentially put a 3.0 license on your stick, and a 4.0 license. Here you need to keep in mind that the 4.0 license requires the 3.0 license to be on the stick already, so you need to unselect the 4.0 entry on the ticket on the first activation attempt. Once completed, activate a second time to add the 4.0 upgrade, and that's it. UNLESS you are one of those special cases (1st generation CM stick with no license upgrade later). I am pretty certain that there will be no such thing in this version. Don't forget that, unlike the first one, SB Pro:PE is a real simulator designed to be used for home practice by military personnel. An auto target system would be pretty darn unrealistic.
